JUX Slider allows you to quickly and easily add the popular "content slider" functionality to your Joomla 3 website. This feature enables the ability to have banner and content dynamically cycle on your page. This is completely a client-side solution, not Flash.
Features
Slide your content with equal width and height, calculated from your box.
You can set the number of content to display in the module.
You can set a Joomla Category, K2 Category or slide image from an image folder.
You can set to display title, link title, introtext, and readmore text links or not.
You can set the slide to auto run or not. Default is YES.
Set transition’s direction of slide. Default is left.

Basic Options
Content Source:Module can fetch content from Joomla Content, K2 Content or display images in folder.
With Content Source is Joomla Content or K2 Content: you need to set these configurations:
Category/ Category K2
With Joomla Content, select article in content component to display in frontend; and with K2 Content, select article in K2 Component.
Count
The maximum number of items you want to display on the Slider.
Sort Order By
Sort data in the module based on settings of article, including date, order and hits.
Ascending Or Descending
These are sorting conditions after selecting option in Sort Order. I.e.: If you choose 'Articles Sorted By' '<B>DATE</B>' and set ''Ascending OR Descending'' to '<B>DESC</B>' , the newest article will be displayed on the first line

Descriptions Max Chars
Maximum characters in description of the articles. Set 0 to hide. Set -1 to make it unlimited.

With Content Source is Image Folder: you need to configure these settings:
Folder Image Path
Relative to Joomla images folder. You can drag and drop images to arrange them freely as you want
Other configurations:
Thumbnail Mode
If you want to use thumbnail image which renders from the image source, then choose CROP or RESIZE
Resize with Ratio
If you choose YES, then the module will render a thumbnail with the ratio dimension of the image source.
